Syflo filter cartridges ™ (Spun type)

Nominal PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridges are made of 100% FDA approved polypropylene material, without binders, additives and lubricants. PP melt blown filter elements are manufactured to suit different pore diameter of nozzle-spraying melt blown machines. PP melt blown filters have multi-layered constructions with fine fibers in inner layers while in outer layers fibers are coarse, which lead to progressive contaminant removal efficiency and consistency of good performance

PP melt blown filter cartridges own high dirt holding capacity, low pressure drop, high flow rate, good chemical resistance, long service life and effective filtration for suspended particle, sediment and other kinds of impurities, also, there is no fiber released. PP melt blown cartridges are economical and classical filter media, which are widely used in liquid prefiltration industries.

Our innovative production process creates a depth filter with superior performance and life. Cartridges are available in lengths to 50″ (127 cm) and various diameters up to 6″ (15 cm).
The polypropylene filter medium of the Syflo filter cartridges ™ (Spun type) filter provides broad chemical compatibility.

Syflo filter cartridges ™ (Spun type) cartridges are ideal prefilters and polishing filters where there is a fairly wide contaminant particle size distribution and also allow excellent control of gelatinous contaminants.
The fibers are melt-bonded to create a strong, non-shedding medium with a “fixed pore structure in each layer” that prevents release of trapped particles.
